3. Shipping Charges

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may not be available for all locations, products, or order values.

SIPPZO reserves the right to disable COD services at any time without prior notice.


7. Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders

If a customer refuses delivery or repeatedly fails to receive the order:

- Re-shipping charges may apply

- Refund requests may be partially deducted for operational and shipping costs

- SIPPZO reserves the right to deny future COD orders from such customers


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

Customers must record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package for any claims related to:

- Damaged products

- Missing items

- Incorrect products

Claims submitted without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.


9. Non-Returnable Situations

Products may not qualify for return or refund if:

- The product has been used or activated

- The packaging is damaged after delivery

- Safety instructions were ignored

- The customer changes their mind after dispatch


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

SIPPZO is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including transportation disruptions, strikes, technical failures, weather conditions, government restrictions, or courier partner issues.
